well, it’s time for me to get busy on this quilt. I’m such a newbie. It’s like to killlllllll me. But I’m going to give it a go. Wish me so much luck. And bandaids.

Found this sweet picture of me painting beside my grandmother, Boo. I grew up painting, writing, stitching, needlepointing and reading beside her. She was my fairy guide mother to all things creative. I still feel her presence in my studio.
