Just delighted at the beauty of this little dahlia. She makes me hap, hap, happy. She’s snuggled into a vase covered with a piece that I embroidered and sewed with one of my besties, Laurie Wisbrun. We started out to make tea cups and ended up with vase cozies!! Glass jar sits inside to hold the water for blooms.
Laurie’s piece is pictured below. she says she lost interest in it, but I didn’t! I think I might use it as cuffs on a sweater I have. Or some such thing.
